The Access Capture Broker Service can have troubles in uploading documents successfully to it's ADM database if the ADM licence is not up to date.

Please check that your licence is up to date for the ADM software. An out of date licence for ADM can cause this problem of Invoices importing to Dimensions, missing ADM documents.
