This error relates to the Capture Broker Service and indicates that the service account running the Broker Service cannot authenticate and connect to the SQL Server hosting the Dimensions database. The Capture Broker Service is a Windows service normally installed to a Remote Application or Web Server. It connects to the SQL Server using credentials stored in the Broker Service.exe.config files, and also relies on the service account to reach the SQL Server across the network. Ask your IT team to check the service account to confirm the password has not expired and the account has not lost permissions to connect to the SQL Server. The Capture Broker Service may be installed under different names, but will always have 'Broker Service' in the service name and mention 'Capture' in the description.
