Invoices are taking a long time to go from Capture to Dimensions

The Broker Service which pulls the Invoices from Capture into Dimensions can be configured to run at set intervals and requires a 'always on' service which is always connected to the internet and (depending on the setup of your organisation) a 'line of sight' to the SQL Server, in order to import the transactions into Dimensions.

If this is something which is now taking longer than usual then it may be as a result of a recent change or something causing the Broker Service to run slower than usual.

​**Please also try and include at least one Invoice Example (Invoice Number) in your case to demonstrate the delay in getting an Invoice Verified and into Dimensions.
