Reports for Microsoft Excel (not Evo integration)

The AP Essentials Online Reports Add-in for Microsoft Excel lets you easily create reports from Access Capture, in Microsoft Excel.

Note: Access Capture customers who integrate into Access Evo Apps should search for the Knowledge article "Data from Readsoft Reports for Microsoft Excel"

You'll need to download the AP Essentials Online Reports Add-in for Microsoft Excel from the Microsoft Office Store.

  1. Please look on the Microsoft Store for 'AP Essentials Online Reports' Addin for Excel, by 'Kofax Inc.'. If you're unable to find it then please click on this link ReadSoft Online Reports (microsoft.com)

  2. Once installed follow the instructions on the help page on how to generate reports and for further information about what reports are available.

    • **You will need access to an Access Capture Administrator User in order to use the Add-in in Microsoft Excel**
