New supplier account not available in Capture

When you enter a new supplier record into Dimensions, the new supplier will not be immediately available in Access Capture.

This is because the supplier update from Dimensions to Access Capture is not a live dynamic update. A supplier update usually runs between Dimensions and Access Capture once every twenty-four hours (usually in the early hours of the morning).

This means that if a supplier is created on a Monday, it will not usually be available for use in Access Capture until the Tuesday.
