You can update the password used for the integration by completing the following steps (please be aware you may need assistance from your IT department to process this update).

Log onto the system that runs the 'Access Readsoft Broker Service' windows service
Go to Windows Explorer and navigate to the program files for the broker application (this is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Access ReadSoft Online Integration)
Find the 'Readsoft Broker Service.exe' config file (note this will list the 'Type' as 'CONFIG')
Open this file in notepad
Locate the section in the file for <ADM>
Find the line stating <add key='Password" value=
This will contain the ADM password being used by the integration. Change this to be correct.
Once you have made the change and saved the file navigate to 'Services' on the system
Find the 'Access Readsoft Broker Service' and Restart the service.
Your integration password has now been updated.
β**Please Note: upon re-verifying the documents in Access Capture, which had the Document Export Failed Error. Will result in a duplicate entry in Dimensions. You may therefore need to delete the first entry which had processed without a ADM Document attached**
