Documents not Exporting Error: The login details you entered could not be verified! Please check your username or password and try again!

If your Access Capture program has the Error Message of:
​The login details you entered could not be verified! Please check your username or password and try again!
And documents sent to Dimensions are flagged with the Status Document Not Exported then it is likely the case that your Capture contains login details for your Access Document Manger have expired.

To resolve this, if you host your own environment, you can update the Readsoft broker config file yourself to update the login information to a valid login. To update the Readsoft Broker config file, you'll need to navigate to it in the system.

  1. Connect to the server where the Readsoft service is running.

  2. Open the Services.

  3. Scroll until your find the Readsoft Broker service or the Access Readsoft Broker service.

  4. Right click the service and select Properties.

  5. Copy the File Path, then Open a File Explorer.

  6. Paste the File Path without the Service executable.

  7. Select the Readsoft Broker Service config file and edit it.

  8. Scroll to the ADM section, you should see UserID, Username and Password fields.

    • The UserID will be the user's Dimensions UserID.

    • The Username is the Workspace email of that User (if you use Access Documents in Workspace).

    • The Password is the Workspace password.

  9. Once the login credentials are set, you need to stop and start the service in the Services screen.

Once done, all new transactions raised will send their documents to the ADM system and no longer have the error.
