Note: Please be aware that your Capture Integration (the Broker Service) will stop working if a new Buyer has been added to Capture, and has not been added to the list of Buyers in the Capture Integration's config files.
It is therefore very important that you do not create any Buyers in Capture until you have ensured they have been added to and linked to a database in the Capture Integration's config files.
In order to provide assistance with this, Support will need access to the server. Therefore please see the following Get support in Access Capture and reference the title of this article and please include details of the Buyer who needs to be added and the database they need to be linked to.
