Manage User Accounts (granting User Privileges)

There are two roles in Access Capture.

  • Admin

  • User

Only users who have the Admin role type and the Privilege Manage Accounts can manage other users within Capture (including managing other Admin users)

  1. Log in to Access Capture with your Admin account.

  2. Click on the Users tile.

  3. Locate the user in the list and click on the user to open the User Management panel.

  4. Click on Edit, Privileges.

  5. You can now enable or disable the available Privileges for this user.

  6. Once finished, click Save & Close.

Note: The user will need to log out and back in for these changes to take affect.
