Resetting passwords for users (Administrator Portal)

To reset passwords for users, you will need to log into Capture using an administrator account.

  1. Log into Capture using an administrator logon

  2. Ensure the correct customer account is selected

  3. Select Account, User Management, Users

  4. Find the users name in the returned list - check the email address for the user is correct and select RESET PASSWORD

The user will then be emailed directly regarding resetting their password.
