Reset passwords for users (Administrator Portal)

You can reset a user's password from within Capture using an administrator account.

  1. Log in to Capture using an administrator logon.

  2. Ensure the correct customer account is selected.

  3. Select Account, User Management, Users.

  4. Find the user's name in the returned list, check their email address is correct, and select RESET PASSWORD.

The user will then be emailed directly regarding resetting their password.
