Invoice details not extracted as expected

If Capture is not detecting the invoice number or other details on documents from the same supplier in the same layout that it has historically, this usually indicates a change to either the input method or the document buyer within Capture. If this is not the case and the document has the same input method, layout and buyer, Capture should not perform worse over time. If accuracy has dropped, the only resolution is to go through the learning process again — for example, by using Ctrl + Click and Drag to highlight values the system did not detect automatically. When a user corrects a document during verification, Capture uses that data to improve extraction for future documents from that supplier. If a user accidentally draws a field incorrectly, it can alter the online learning and reduce accuracy on future documents. To prevent this, it is possible to lock the online learning — see the Capture help under Readsoft Online Overview, Online Learning. The support team cannot accelerate learning in Capture or revert it to a previous state.
