Finding the correct email address for Email Input

You can check the available Email Addresses for Access Capture within Access Capture itself.

You must log on to Access Capture as the administrator:

  1. Login to Access Capture with the admin account

  2. Click Services, Email Input

    • If you are using the New View you'll see all the available email addresses under Input addresses

    • If you are using the Classic View you'll see all the available email addresses under Email addresses

  3. Each email address can be configured to different Document Types, Buyers, and include Multiple documents or One document.

Depending on the type of Invoice and which buyer you are sending, use the correct email address to email your invoice to Access Capture.
